While we prioritize creativity in our earthly lives, we find that the production of art presents the nuance, struggle, or emotion of our beliefs in a way that the didactic teachings and readings might not always hit. Our “how” Art simply uses artistic means to work on the matter of how we might live in a post-church world. The objectives of the work is never prescriptive, but rather evocative and abstract.
We have written a play that illustrates the difficult nature of ministry…
Sorrow is a two act play for the stage. An overworked and overwhelmed Pastor of a downtown church prepares for a funeral amidst an onslaught of demands from both the congregation and the community at large.
…and much more art is in our future!
